Usage Rights

Framespark Licensing & Usage

By purchasing, downloading, or using any template from our platform,
you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before using our digital products.

Framespark resources (templates, blocks, pages, code components, and CMS Power Ups) are distributed under three license tiers: Single Template - Standard, Single Template - Extended, and All Access - Extended. All are one-time payments with lifetime updates - there are no subscriptions for template access.

Definitions

Resources: All Framespark assets covered by a license — Framer Templates, Blocks, Pages, Code Components, and CMS Power Ups. This does not include the Framespark Plugin or AI tools, which are licensed separately under their own subscription terms.

End Product: Any Framer site, page, or project built using Framespark Resources.

End User: A visitor or customer who interacts with your End Product. There is no limit on the number of End Users.

Client: A customer receiving a custom-built End Product from you.

Licensee: The individual who purchased the license.

Single Template Plan - Standard License

Grants one individual the right to use one selected Framer template (plus its included blocks) on a single project.

You can:

Use the Template, Blocks and Components to build one End Product for yourself or one Client
Customize and modify the template freely for that project
Use it on a personal or commercial site
Receive lifetime updates to that specific template

You cannot:

Use the same license across multiple, unrelated projects
Resell, redistribute, or re-publish the template or its source files, modified or not
Share your download access or license key with others
Use the template (or a derivative of it) to create a competing template/marketplace product

Grants one individual the right to use one selected Framer template (plus its included blocks) on a single project.

You can:

Use the Template, Blocks and Components to build one End Product for yourself or one Client
Customize and modify the template freely for that project
Use it on a personal or commercial site
Receive lifetime updates to that specific template

You cannot:

Use the same license across multiple, unrelated projects
Resell, redistribute, or re-publish the template or its source files, modified or not
Share your download access or license key with others
Use the template (or a derivative of it) to create a competing template/marketplace product

Single Template Plan - Extended License

Grants one individual the right to use one selected Framer template (plus its included blocks) across unlimited projects. All other terms are identical to the Standard tier.

You can:

Use the Template, Blocks and Components to build unlimited End Products for yourself or Clients
Customize and modify the template freely for each project
Use it on personal or commercial sites
Receive lifetime updates to that specific template

You cannot:

Resell, redistribute, or re-publish the template or its source files, modified or not
Share your download access or license key with others
Use the template (or a derivative of it) to create a competing template/marketplace product

Grants one individual the right to use one selected Framer template (plus its included blocks) across unlimited projects. All other terms are identical to the Standard tier.

You can:

Use the Template, Blocks and Components to build unlimited End Products for yourself or Clients
Customize and modify the template freely for each project
Use it on personal or commercial sites
Receive lifetime updates to that specific template

You cannot:

Resell, redistribute, or re-publish the template or its source files, modified or not
Share your download access or license key with others
Use the template (or a derivative of it) to create a competing template/marketplace product

All Access Plan - Extended License

Grants one individual the right to use the entire Framespark template library — including all current and future templates, plus 100+ Blocks, animated components, and animated backgrounds — for unlimited projects.

You can:

Use any and all Templates, Blocks & Components to build unlimited End Products
Use templates across unlimited Client projects
Modify templates and blocks to create derivative pages within an End Product
Access all templates released during your license period, including future releases
Use resources on personal and commercial for unlimited projects, including projects sold to End Users

You cannot:

Redistribute, resell, or re-publish any Resources or derivatives separately from a finished End Product
Share your account or license access with other individuals
Use Resources to create a directly competing product or service

You can:

Use any and all Templates, Blocks & Components to build unlimited End Products
Use templates across unlimited Client projects
Modify templates and blocks to create derivative pages within an End Product
Access all templates released during your license period, including future releases
Use resources on personal and commercial for unlimited projects, including projects sold to End Users

You cannot:

Redistribute, resell, or re-publish any Resources or derivatives separately from a finished End Product
Share your account or license access with other individuals
Use Resources to create a directly competing product or service

Example Usage

Allowed:

Building your own portfolio, SaaS landing page, or startup site
Building a client's website using a purchased template, where the client owns the final site
Selling a website you built (with a template) to a customer as a one-time project
Using Blocks and CMS Power Ups inside a commercial Framer project

Not allowed:

Uploading a purchased template (modified or not) to another marketplace, free repository, or GitHub
Creating and selling a Framer "remix" of a Framespark template as your own product
Building a tool or plugin that repackages Framespark templates/blocks for other users
Sharing template source files in a Discord, course, or bundle without a license for each recipient

In simple terms: build with Framespark freely, for yourself or clients — just don't resell or redistribute the Resources themselves.

Enforcement

If a Licensee violates these terms, Framespark reserves the right to revoke access to purchased Resources and any associated account. Refunds, if any, are issued at Framespark's sole discretion.

In cases of intentional or malicious violation - such as redistributing Resources publicly or through private paid channels - no refund will be issued, and further legal remedies may be pursued.

All Resources remain the copyright of Framespark. Licensees are granted only the rights described in this Agreement; all other rights are reserved.

Liability

Framespark's liability for any costs, damages, or losses arising from use of the Resources is limited to a refund of the license fee paid. Framespark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Resources.

License Period

All three license tiers (Single Template Standard, Single Template Extended, and All Access Extended) include lifetime access to the Resources covered at time of purchase, plus lifetime updates to those Resources.
